How quickly is my order delivered?
Ordered in-stock items before 15:00? Your order is delivered the next working day throughout the Netherlands. For other items, expect 3-5 working days.
Can my business order on invoice?
Yes. Verified business customers can order on 30-day terms after a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) check. Register through the business page.
Are the products HACCP-compliant?
Our horeca and food-industry product lines are suitable for HACCP environments. This is indicated on the product label and on the product details page.
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days after delivery to return your order without giving a reason. Sealed hygiene products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened.
Do you ship to Belgium and Germany?
We deliver inside the EU on request. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number can use the reverse-charge scheme.
