Track & trace
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you'll receive an email with a PostNL or DHL track & trace link. Bollenstreek orders have no tracking — we call or email you if the courier is delayed.
Choosing a delivery slot
For pallet and bulk orders we can arrange a fixed delivery slot (morning, afternoon, before 10:00 etc.). Mention this in the notes at checkout or in your quote request.
Not at home
PostNL/DHL attempt delivery twice. For Bollenstreek delivery we'll leave the box in a safe place in agreement with you — only after the customer's confirmation.
